Not only did we take God’s supernatural healing power to the people of Niger, but we also took a team of doctors, nurses, and dentists. Through free medical and dental clinics, approximately 2,000 people received desperately-needed health care services. And because of the generosity of our friends and Partners, we were able to distribute 285,000 nutritious meals to Nigerien parents whose children were malnourished and even starving.
A Powerful Surge of Healing in Ibadan
One of the largest miracle healing rallies Richard Roberts have ever conducted was in Ibadan, Nigeria. I remember one night when approximately 60,000 people gathered for the meeting. During that four-night crusade, it was estimated that nearly 25,000 gave their hearts to the Lord and multitudes were healed by the power of God.
One night a supernatural wave of healing swept across the stadium. The presence of the Lord flowed through the crowd, and the people cried out in amazement as healings began to break loose.
Not only did salvations and healings take place during the nightly meetings, but we also took a 40-member medical team with us. We conducted free medical clinics, provided much-needed medicine, and our doctors performed various services for the people of Ibadan, including 61 cataract surgeries.
A Miracle for You
Richard Roberts believes these healing rallies are a picture of the ministry of Jesus. But I also believe the mission field is wherever someone has a need. The prayers that I prayed for these people all across the earth are the same prayers that I’m praying for you today. That is my passion in life: to minister God’s love.
